  • Steve Rogers President, Co-Founder, Son of Dr. Adrian Rogers

    Steve Rogers is the President and co-founder of the Pastor Training Institute. He is a well-known author, songwriter, and speaker. Mr. Rogers brings to the Pastor Training Institute over 25 years of experience in audio and video recording, publishing, manuscript editing, and writing. Mr. Rogers is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Memphis.
  • Larry Sparks Director of Strategic Development

    Larry Sparks is the Director of Strategic Development at the Pastor Training Institute. A Cum Laude graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Larry received his degree in both Screenwriting and Communications. Larry's heartbeat is equipping the next generation to encounter God and be mobilized to advance His Kingdom throughout the Earth.
  • David Rogers Chief Editor

    Before coming on board with PTI, David and his wife, Kelly, were missionaries in Spain for 18 years, the last 14 with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. During this time, they were involved in various aspects of church planting, leadership training, and mobilization. They currently live in Cordova, Tennessee, and have two sons, Jonathan (20), and Stephen (13). David earned his B.A. at Baylor University, his M. Div. at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in missions at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
  • Angie Luce Director of Donor Relations

    Angie is the granddaughter of Adrian and Joyce Rogers. She has been a part of the Pastor Training Institute since 2006 serving as the Director of Donor Relations. Angie and her husband, Nathan, live in Memphis, TN with their daughters Marianna and Adrienne.

  • Mrs. Joyce Rogers Wife of Dr. Adrian Rogers

    Joyce Rogers is the widow of Pastor Training Institute co-founder, Dr. Adrian Rogers. Mrs. Rogers is a well-known author and speaker. She has co-chaired many national women's conferences, and has many years of experience holding conferences for pastor's wives.
  • Mr. Bruce King Chairman of the Board

    Bruce King is the founder and owner of Kings Management, a property management company based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Mr. King has extensive experience in running business of all sizes, and is an expert in software database applications and QuickBooks accounting software. Mr. King currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of the Pastor Training Institute.
  • Dr. Jack Graham Senior Pastor, Prestonwood Baptist Church, Plano TX

    Dr. Jack Graham (www.jackgraham.org) has been the senior pastor of the prestigious 26,000 member Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX since 1989. Dr. Graham is past president of the Southern Baptist Convention, the largest Protestant body in the world. Dr. Graham is the author of several books including You Can Make a Difference, Diamonds in the Dark, Lessons from the Heart, A Hope and a Future, Life According to Jesus, and A Man of God. Dr. Graham’s radio and television program, PowerPoint, is heard weekly throughout the United States, as well as in Australia, Canada, and Great Britain.
  • Dr. Hayes Wicker Senior Pastor, First Baptist Church, Naples FL

    Dr. Hayes Wicker is senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Naples, FL. Dr. Wicker is the past president of the Florida Baptist Convention, as well as the pastor president of the pastors conference of the Southern Baptist Convention. He is a trustee of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, A Trustee of Cedarville University, and serves on the Board of regents at Criswell College, Dallas, Texas. Dr. Wicker has served as Guest Chaplain for the United States Senate.
  • Dr. Joeseph Boatwright Pastor Emeritus, Aloma Baptist Church, Winter Park FL

    Dr. Joseph Boatwright, lifelong best friend of Dr. Adrian Rogers, served as the senior pastor of Aloma Baptist Church, in Winter Park, FL from 1970 to 1996. Dr. Boatwright has recently retired after 50 years in active pastoral ministry, and currently serves as a consultant to the Greater Orlando Baptist Association. Dr. Boatwright is a life-long friend, advisor, and confidant of the Pastor Training Institute’s co-founder, Dr. Adrian Rogers.
  • Rev. Chris Hodges President, Abiding Above Ministries

    Rev. Chris Hodges is the founder and president of Abiding Above Ministries, a nonprofit organization located in Cordova, TN. Before founding Abiding Above Ministries, Rev. Hodges serves on the ministerial staff of Bellevue Baptist Church under Dr. Adrian Rogers. Rev. Hodges is in demand as a speaker all over the world, and has recently spoken to a crowd of over 60,000 in Ethiopia. Rev. Hodges’ ministry, Abiding Above, partnered with the Pastor Training Institute in 2007 in a pastor training conference in Nairobi, Kenya, where over 200 local Kenyan pastors received free training, materials, and meals.
  • Mr. David Baker

    David Baker is a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island. His father was a Southern Baptist missionary in Brazil. He is an engineer with Hewlett-Packard, and is an honors graduate of the University of Alabama, with a bachelor and masters degree in Engineering. He has worked his entire career in the NASA/space related industry, first in Huntsville, Alabama, and for the past 20 years in Merritt Island. Mr. Baker also has extensive experience in photography, videography, non-linear video editing, and photo editing applications, particularly Adobe Photoshop. Mr. Baker co-produced the authorized the video biography of Adrian Rogers, Without Compromise.
  • Mrs. Celia Henry

    Celia Henry is a practicing trial attorney with the law firm of FitzGerald Mayans & Cook, P.A. in Palm Beach County, Florida. She also has a master’s degree in church music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has served on a number of church staffs in leadership positions in the areas of music, programming, and media. Celia brings much needed expertise in the area of non-profits, as well as law, as she has also formerly been the executive director of a nonprofit ministry. Her husband, Dr. Phil Henry, is a professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Phil Henry is a published author, specializing in the field of Christian counseling.
