News 12.4.2009 Evangelist In Kenya Seeking Ministry Training
We received a letter just today from a young man in Kenya—future evangelist, Maxwell Muyekho. Here's what he wrote concerning his need,
"Thank you so much for the great you are doing in God's service... my name is Maxwell Muyekho. I am a man born in 1976. I am a Kenyan citizen by birth...It has been always a blessing when I listen to your biblical teachings and indeed that is great. Brother, these biblical teachings have left a great impact in my life. I really believe that there is no better knowledge than the knowledge of the Bible (God's precious Word) and how to use it efficiently."
"I am a born again Christian and now I am praying that through God's will, I become a dynamic servant of God—not just being a Christian without bringing lost souls to Christ. Therefore, I'm seeking the opportunity to attend a preacher training institute so that I can be well equipped to serve God in truth and spirit. Please may I know if you can consider my request in anyway for the purpose of glorifying God. I really have a passion to work for the Lord as an evangelist and want to follow your example. I am staying in Kitale, a town of Kenya."
Maxwell is one of the 1,000,000 individuals we will be equipping across the globe with the tools to preach for God's glory and for the Gospel's extension. We are committed to continually bringing these stories and testimonies before you so that you can pray for these young men whom God is calling out into His service. Your giving continues to impact lives like Maxwell's, and the lives of those in their spheres of influence. After all, ministry to ministers is ministry to multitudes.
