The PTI Story

Founded in 2003, ARPTI is a means to share Dr. Rogers’ fifty plus years of pastor’s wisdom and experience with pastors worldwide. While the messenger has finished his earthly race, his message will continue on through the Pastor Training Institute.

Our vision is to pass on Dr. Adrian Rogers’ passion for preaching and evangelism and to maintain his legacy and resources for future generations.

Our mission is to help God-anointed and God-appointed pastors change the world. The Adrian Rogers Pastor Training Institute offers resources to educate, equip and encourage pastors.

• Equipping - Supply quality resources to assist pastors and expand their ministry impact.
• Encouraging – Help pastors to stay the course during challenging times.

Our Strategy:
How the Adrian Rogers Pastor Training Institute accomplishes its long-term mission will undergo a significant change. Taking advantage of the best opportunities and positioning for the long-term needs are the primary influencing factors in all decision making.

The initial phase will be one heavy on PTI conferences and the construction of PTI resources into products for distribution. Also the initial phase will be a strategic donor development program to fund the ministry long-term. Later phases will primarily focus on the maintenance of resources and a state of the art web based delivery system. The primarily role of PTI is very clear… maintaining the legacy and materials of Dr. Adrian Rogers for future generations.

One may see the role becoming an informational depository much like a presidential library for a past president of our country. Simply put, the transition will move from an “active institute” to an electronic library to be accessed by students, researchers and pastors worldwide.
